About Osukaa Omakase

Omakase OSUKAA Factory LIC is an intimate sushi counter inside The Factory in Long Island City, where chefs prepare multi-course omakase tastings of seasonal fish, seafood, and signature bites one piece at a time. Choose from several course lengths at dinner, or visit at lunch for à la carte sushi, special rolls, donburi bowls, and bento boxes made to order for dine-in or pickup. A curated list of premium sake, Japanese beer, and wine rounds out the experience, and with only a handful of seats around the counter, reservations are recommended for dinner. Found this hidden gem in LIC. Located in an unassuming building, this place offered an affordable omakase of impressive quality. Every course had a hint of creativity, paired with high quality protein, executed very well. It’s got a vibe similar to Sushi Lin. Casual dining but high quality. I did think the place would benefit from some interior design improvements. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner. The rest of the staff were polite and professional as well. Will certainly come back!

Atmosphere is great! Food is the best you could expect from the price point! Osukaa, the chef himself, was great! He got a great personality and shared lots of sushi knowledge, which def made the food taste 2x better

Excellent sushi! The team there is super friendly and the place is very small, so the atmosphere feels very intimate. The omakase we had was amazing. You really feel that they care about quality and presentation.
